According to a three-judge panel in Washington, the Supreme Court has set precedents banning non-citizens from participating in any part of the democratic self-government of the United States, including donating to candidates in campaign races. The panel seemed to view this as a black and white issue where the precedent states that such an act is illegal. But what do you think? Should this practice be allowed?
